Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide at flat rates from our Hong Kong and European facilities using DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method.

Warranty

Salted Line provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products purchased directly from our website against all defects in original workmanship and material under normal use and service, provided that the owner’s manual maintenance procedures have been strictly followed.

Return & Refund

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
