Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid RMA labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee or a restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • If the product arrived damaged or defective, our company will reimburse a maximum of $20 USD for return shipping upon receipt of a valid shipping invoice.
  • Before shipping, you must obtain a tracking number and provide it to us via email. Returns sent without a tracking number are at the customer's risk; we cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked packages.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@saltedline.com. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our technical team.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that processing times vary by banking institution.
  • Shipping costs paid at the time of original purchase, as well as any import taxes, customs fees, or VAT, are strictly non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Import taxes, GST, VAT, or local customs fees.
  • Return shipping costs (except for defective/damaged products up to $20 USD).
  • Items purchased at a discount or during a sale event.
  • Products that have been used underwater or exposed to saltwater.
