We ship worldwide from our main office in Hong Kong or our European warehouse to most countries by flat rate provided below and depending on the method of shipping you choose the estimated delivery time varies.

Expedited Shipping Worldwide by DHL / UPS / DPEX / FedEx from 28.00 $US to 39.99 $US for most countries (2 - 5 Working days / excluding Saturdays & Sundays) - see details here 

Economy shipping

The order must not exceed the total amount of 190 USD to be eligible for Economy shipping option.

If your country is eligible for Economy shipping option you will see this option available on check out page.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping to some countries is more expensive than our shipping rate 28.00-39.99 USD due to the courier tariff raise.

Notwithstanding this, destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic, and delays in mail delivery are expected regardless method of shipping.


All packages are shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed except weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time shown at our website is approximate and does not guarantee parcel arrival in this estimated window of time. Please note that it could take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or other issues. If shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our office (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided, or you moved without informing us), it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping fee and to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package. 
Before placing an order at our website there are a few things we would like to inform you about:

  • Place an order in advance at least 1 month before (not 3 days until your trip)

European Union

For small size orders below USD 102.00$ we will charge a flat shipping fee of USD 8.00$ plus VAT (EU only) *, it will also take 5 to 14 days***, depending on the destination. 

We use Poland Post services for standard registered shipping of all small orders.

Delivery can be arranged with UPS / FedEx shipping option and it normally takes 1 to 4 working days*** to arrive within Europe. We charge a flat fee of USD 28.00$ plus VAT (EU only) *.

Please note that delivery of products to customers is considered as part of the product cost in the European regulations, therefore we have to charge VAT.

United Kingdom

Express Registered shipping - USD 33.00$ (3 - 7 days ***), we use FedEx / UPS service for all express shipping.

UK VAT laws that came into force on January 1, 2021 apply to the sale of goods from non-EU merchants to UK customers. 

Due to Brexit, the Export/Import Process of packages between EU and UK takes extra time for processing and obtaining documentation which will reflect on the estimated time of delivery. Based on the data we have, on average, the package can take somewhere between 3 - 7 working days from the moment the courier picked up the package to final delivery at the customers' address.

Minimum order must be at least USD 175.00$ (£135) or greater and will be shipped to our customers in UK via UPS courier. Upon arrival of the package the customer will need to pay VAT and/or other duties to courier or customs agency. 

We use DDU declaration process.

  • Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Express Registered shipping - USD 33.00 (3 - 6 working days ***), we use FedEx or DHL Express service for all shipping.


* Before purchasing products at our website to your country please make note of our terms & conditions :
- Product warranty is 1 year (except spare parts, consumable parts, O-rings and other accessories without which the product retains the functionality)
- In the event of the warranty situation where the replacement part is needed, the replacement part itself will be free of charge, but buyer pays the shipping cost. Alternatively, we can ship the replacement part to any EU member country of your choosing for free. Essentially, if you have an address in EU from where the package can be shipped/brought by a friend to your country on your arrangement, the part can be shipped there.
- In the event, the product needs repairs/replacement the buyer pays shipping costs both ways. However, if the product needs to be shipped to the EU member country after being serviced at our office, then the buyer only pays for shipping to our address, and we pay for shipping when the product is returned to buyer provided address within the EU.

We highly suggest to include spare parts in your order such as O-rings or leak detector sensor and other accessories as shipping cost will remain the same for small spare parts and accessories regardless of the price of the items, size, and weight of the package.

***Please note, all packages are subjected to Import tax / VAT of your country and in order to receive the package those duties have to be paid by the customer. Our company has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Loose batteries and extra batteries restrictions

Please note that according to the IATA 2019 Lithium Battery Guidance regulations, we are not allowed to include any spare or loose lithium batteries in the air parcels, therefore we may have to take the CR2032 spare battery out of our VPS-100 Vacuum Pump System kit and only keep the one built-in CR2032 battery.

Quality of Postal Services 

We use the Poland Post shipping services for all our standard shipping and we partner with DHL Express for all Express deliveries. All cross-border parcels are being transferred by Poland Post to their local postal service partner after the custom clearance in the country of destination. 

All our parcels are shipped with Track & Trace number which can be followed in the www.internationalparceltracking.com systems. The tracking number is automatically sent to customer by email after the order has been shipped from our side.

Due to the nature of both local and international postal services in any country, there is a rare possibility that things can go wrong and the parcel can go missing. Salted Line Europe can not accept full liability for the loss of parcels which may happen beyond our reasonable control. We do not compensate or refund the orders lost by the postal service providers but we will take the following steps to help our customers in such unfortunate situation:
- We will initiate the internal investigation with Poland Post on the orders which have not been delivered within 14 days AFTER (!) the estimated arrival date. This is a standard Poland Post regulation which we have to follow. 
- We will communicate with each customer directly to find an alternative solution in case of urgencies.

For all customers in any country (except EU, USA), please be aware that Express Shipping terms by FedEx / UPS / DPD require us to indicate all package details in the UPS systems, including type of goods in the parcel, value of goods in the parcel, we also indicate that the shipment is related to commercial goods purchased from our company. 

Please note, that local Custom duties, VAT and other government fees on commercial parcels are not included in our shipping costs and are to be settled by customer with the local authorities as per the applicable local laws and regulations.


Please note, we do not ship to APO/DPO/FPO, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
