Delivery time shown at our website is approximate and does not guarantee parcel arrival in this estimated window of time. Please note that it could take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or other issues. If shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our office (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided, or you moved without informing us), it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping fee and to reship the order.
